The light curing unit generates 10 individual flashes per second with the flash lamps installed from below and cures plastics in a wavelength range of 280-580 nm. The intense light radiation cures the 3D printed plastics deep into the component. With the inert gas device (N2 or CO2), oxygen inhibition is prevented, surfaces cure completely tack-free, and there is no need to remove/wipe off the inhibition layer.
